Customer referral scheme terms and conditions

1. Marla Custom Blind’s customer referral scheme is only available to UK residents aged 18 and over.
2. Only one Referral Coupon can be used per order.
3. Marla Custom Blinds do not offer a cash alternative to, or replacement of gift cards.
4. Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
5. Gift cards that have expired can not be re-issued.
6. Gift cards will only be offered to previous customers of Marla Custom Blinds and to people referred to Marla Custom Blinds by previous customers of Marla Custom Blinds.
7. Gift cards will only be offered provided Marla Custom Blinds (or any associated company) has not been approached or had any form of contact with the person(s) being referred on a previous occasion.
8. The value of the gift card issued will be £50 and will only be offered on orders with a value of more than £1000 ex VAT.
9. The gift card will be issued to both the referrer and referee once the order has been satisfactorily completed.
10. The amount issued in a gift card is at the discretion of Marla Custom Blinds and it is the full amount for which Marla Custom Blinds is liable.
11. The issue of gift cards is at the sole discretion of Marla Custom Blinds.
12. Marla Custom Blinds are not liable for any errors, omissions or miscommunication.
13. You must have the permission of the person(s) that you are referring.
14. You must have purchased blinds from Marla Custom Blinds and you are required to provide the following information on the referral coupon. Submissions that do not have this information will not be accepted:
    1. Your full name
    2. Your Invoice number

14. All information submitted by the referrer must be up to date and accurate.
